I must whole heartedly congratulate Julie at Bryan Davies for her outstanding work in the sale of our property. The sale was a long drawn out affair taking just shy of 12 months to complete. Whilst most people would have given up on the sale due to unceasing agrivation and problems with Covid lockdowns Julie remained tenacious, determined and down stubborn, in a nice way, to see the sale through. I know estate agents sometimes get a raw deal from people re fees etc but I can only say that I am totally impressed with the level of service, communication and down right hard work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bryan Davies estate agent to and prospective buyer or seller. Absolutely Fabulous !!!

I found BDA were extremely efficient during a very difficult house sale. I was required to sell my parents property in the Llandudno area whilst being resident in Australia myself. The first sale fell through, it was sold again in less than 2 weeks after the initial buyer dropped out. BDA kept me fully informed as to the progress of the sale, it certainly helped minimize the stress of a long distance transaction.
